Who is Mehmet Doğan?
In this episode of Buluttan Sohbetler our guest is Mehmet Doğan, who graduated in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector and currently serves as the General Manager of GazDay Energy Consulting and Information Services. He provides consulting and engineering services to clients in the energy industry.
His expertise in the energy industry includes conducting preliminary studies, forecasting price changes, designing and reviewing sales and purchase, transit, and compression contracts, conducting investment feasibility studies for energy sellers, and supporting processes such as energy procurement, invoice verification, budgeting, and energy strategy development for energy buyers.
In the oil and gas sector, he has experience in project and engineering management of EPC works, hydraulic analysis of pipelines, load calculations, and the fundamental and detailed engineering of pipelines, compressor stations, and pump stations.
In 2000, he obtained auditor licenses for the Technical Condition and Safe Operation of Gas Systems and Technical Inspection of Construction and Operation of Gas Pipelines and Industrial Facilities from the Ivano-Frankivsk Institute in Ukraine. He is fluent in Turkish, English, and Russian.
